Return Policy

We want you to love your Ivy & Oak pruchase! 

Eligible merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase for in-store purchases and in-store pickup.   

Online Orders:  To request a return, click Start a Return on our website and submit your request within 14 days of delivery.  Once approved, merchandise must be returned according to the provided instruction.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free odors or damage and have original tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Approved Returns:  Eligible returns will receive an exchange by Ivy & Oak store credit only.  We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Final Sale:  Sale ore clearancemerchandise, jewelry, hats, other accessories and gift cards are FINAL sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
